You are not ‘devourable’; don’t make yourself vulnerable

Some folks has given the devil the license to lord over their lives and affairs. They live at the mercy of their adversary as though they had no choice. In the truest sense of it, you have a viable choice.

The Bible said, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

This verse of the scripture establishes that:

  1. The devil is our common enemy
  2. The devil is only acting lion; he is not a lion.
  3. The devil is always on the move. Carrying out his assignment on earth–to steal, kill and destroy.
  4. Not everyone is devourable–that is why he is seeking. If everyone is devourable, there is no point seeking.
  5. By being sober and vigilant, anyone can make his or herself undevourable.

Therefore, the ball is in your court whether to rise up against the devil and enjoy liberty or remain under him and continue endure his torment.
